PRODUCTION OF L-LYSINE BY FERMENTATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce L-lysine in high efficiency at a low cost by improving the L-lysine productivity of an L-lysine producing strain or its improved strain, thereby improving the fermentation yield. CONSTITUTION:L-lysine is produced by fermentation process using a microbial strain belonging to the genus Brevibacterium or Corynebacterium, resistant to acyllysine and/or methylated acyllysine and capable of producing L-lysine. L-lysine can be produced in high accumulation ratio and high yield to enable the industrial production of L-lysine at a remarkably reduced cost.
