LIQUID POLYMERIZABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND IN-MOLD CURED PRODUCT THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid polymerizable resin composition which can give a cured product having small curing shrinkage and improved appearance and water resistance by mixing a specified unsaturated urethane with a vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith and an inorganic powdery filler. CONSTITUTION:A (meth)acrylic ester monool (a), a monool containing a long- chain aliphatic group (b) and a polyisocyanate (c) are reacted with each other in a molar ratio of the isocyanate groups of (c) to the hydroxyl groups of (a) and (b) of 1/0.95-0.95/1 to obtain an unsaturated urethane (A) of the formula (wherein X is a residue of a di- to detra-polyisocyanate; Y is a residue of a di- to tetra-polyol; R<1> is a residue of a non-radical-polymerizable monool containing a 6-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R<2> is H or CH3; and p, q and r are each 1-3 provided 2<=p+q<=4 and qXr>=2). 100 pts.wt. total of 90-10wt.% component A and 10-90wt.% vinyl monomer (B) copolymerizable with component A is mixed with 30-300 pts.wt. inorganic powdery filler.
