PURPOSE:To mutually join aluminum materials in good condition and short time and to make the cost low. CONSTITUTION:Zn base solder 1 is interposed between the joining surfaces of two aluminum materials A1, A2. Both aluminum materials A1, A2 are pressurized in the pressing direction of both joining surfaces with 0.01-20kgf/mm<2> pressurizing force. Ultrasonic vibration is applied to at least either one of the aluminum material A1 to break the oxide films of the joining surfaces of both aluminum materials A1, A2 and the solder surface. Further, by the ultrasonic vibration, friction heat is generated between both aluminum materials A1, A2 and the solder 1. At the same time, by supplying the electric current between both aluminum materials A1, A2, resistance heat is generated. By the friction heat and the resistance heat, the solder 1 is melted to solder both aluminum materials A1, A2. |
