PURPOSE:To prevent moving of a display pattern in the horizontal direction by correcting a forward and a backward deflection timing so as to make a relation of phase between a video signal and a deflection signal constant based on a horizontal synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a 1st phase control circuit 22 controlling a forward path deflection timing based on a horizontal synchronizing signal HD so as to keep the relation of a phase of a video signal SV forming a forward display picture and a phase of a forward deflection signal constant and with a 2nd phase control circuit 24 controlling a backward path deflection timing based on the horizontal synchronizing signal HD so as to keep the relation of a phase of a video signal SV forming a return display picture and a phase of a backward deflection signal constant and keeping the display picture of the return path to be constant with respect to the display picture of the forward path. Then the 1st and 2nd phase control circuits 22, 24 control the forward and backward deflection timing based on the horizontal synchronizing signal HD to keep the phase of the video signal SV and the phase of the deflection signal constant. |
