PURPOSE:To reduce the sender's labor for sending the same mail to plural receivers at the same time and to distribute the mail to the receivers without any omission. CONSTITUTION:Work stations 1, 5 and a mail server 2 are mutually connected through a LAN(local area network) 4, and the electronic mail are sent and received between the work stations through the mail server 2. When the sender inputs the contents and subjects of the mail and transmission by the subjects through the work station 1. the mail server 2 collates the subjects of the mail with individual information on subscribers stored in an individual data base 3 to select the receivers and distributes the mail to the receivers. |
