PURPOSE:To provide a document preparing device which secures the universal applicability to the document preparing processing using a learning function and also improves the document preparing processing accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An external memory 12 stores plural data on the sentences, and a learning table buffer 43 stores the learning tables that are owned by each of these sentences data. then, the learning tables are updated en bloc based on the KANA (Japanese syllabary)/ KANJI (Chinese character) conversion data used in the sentence data every time the desired sentence data is called out of the memory 12 and updated. Then, the desired sentence data is updated by a learning function that used a learning table with preference. Thus, it is not required to prepare the learning tables for each sentence data. Therefore, the universal applicability is improved to the document preparing processing and also, the processing accuracy is improved with the reference given with prereference to the learning table storing the KANA/KANJI conversion trend of the sentence data. |
