PURPOSE:To enable cancellation processing of erroneous input generated at the time when a goods price has been registered from a POS terminal or of the goods, when it was returned, to be performed by input from the POS terminal, whereby, to dispense with manual bill processing in a processing system in which the payment of purchased goods at a retail shop is performed by a cash card issued from a bank. CONSTITUTION:A function to set a cancellation mode when the POS terminal 3 at a retail shop side is set at a bank POS transaction mode is provided, and also, data is outputted by attaching an identification code representing the fact that the data inputted from the POS terminal 3 is the one with respect to cancellation. A host computer 4 discriminates whether or not output data from the POS terminal 3 is ordinary sales data or cancellation data from the identification code, and stores the cancellation data in a cancellation data storage means 11 when it shows the cancellation data. The content of the cancellation data storage means 11 is read out, for example. when the account is closed on the day, and transfer request data based on the cancellation data is issued, and it is notified to the bank 1. |
