PURPOSE:To facilitate the disuse or the recovery of an empty container after use by incorporating a specified compd. into a treating agent and filling the agent to a permeable container having specified oxygen permeability. CONSTITUTION:The treating solution contains at least one kind of compd. expressed by formula and is filled to the permeable container having <=5.0cc/cm<2> day atom oxygen permeability. In formula, L denotes C1-10 alkylene group which may have straight or branched substituents, A denotes a carboxy sulfo, phosphono, phosphinic acid residue, hydroxy, amino which may be substituted for alkyl groups, ammonio group which may substituted for alkyl (preferably C1-5), carbamoyl which may be substituted for alkyl (preferably C1-5), or sulfamoyl which may be substituted for alkyl (preferably C1-5), and R denotes a hydrogen atom or C1-10 straight or branched alkyl group which may be substituted.
