PURPOSE: To obtain an electrode wire integrate type supply roll. CONSTITUTION: In this device, toner is advanced to an electrostatic latent image recorded on a photoconductive member 10 by the supply roll 40. Plural conductors 42 are arranged in the groove of the supply roll 40. The conductors 42 are separated from each other, and bias is electrically applied to the conductors 42 in a developing area so that the toner may be separated from the supply roll 40 to form toner cloud in the developing area. The toner is attracted to the latent image from the toner cloud in the developing area. Thus, the latent image is developed with the toner. |
