PURPOSE:To obtain a facsimile store and forward exchange system which can take out a document specifying a terminal where an original is not inputted to a post-office box yet and sending it to the terminal. CONSTITUTION:When information on a terminal where the original is inputted to the post-office box 15a is inputted from a man-machine interface 14a, a CPU 11a puts it in a table and set the table in a memory 11a. Consequently, the CPU 11a sets a flag in the table each time the original is inputted so that the input terminal is known. Then when there is a document request from a takeout terminal, the CPU 11a reads out information on the terminal where the original is not inputted yet in said table and edits it in the document, and sends it to the takeout terminal through a communication controller 12. Therefore, the takeout terminal can obtain a list of terminals where originals are not inputted yet. |
