The window, door, or glass wall is provided with angled slats on one side of a pane of glass. For multiple-glazed windows, they may be arranged between two panes. Below the slats, an end piece (15) is provided with strings (16) which allows height adjustment. The strings are operated manually or be electric motor, and are passed via a deflecting groove in the top of the frame (17) to a hidden drive (20). Pref. three electrical conductors carry current for drive motor(s) via three hinges in the window or door. For two-way opening windows, the electric current may be passed via one hinge with spring-contact slip-rings to the drive motor. Alternatively, the current may be fed via a hinge with a hollow space containing a coiled cable. USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp. for blind integrated between double glazing panes. Fully automatic. Prevents skew slats.
