PURPOSE:To decrease the number of orders and also to decrease the number of orders of the extremely small quantity by selecting a single optimum purchase destination against a single purchase request of the item having plural purchase source. CONSTITUTION:In an ordering control system which handles the item having plural purchase sources, a purchase source selecting part 1 is provided to externally input the purchase request information and selects a proper purchase source to each purchase request information together with an item information control part 2 which controls the information on the purchase items, a trader information control part 3 which controls the information on the purchase source traders, an ordering standard control part 4 which controls the item-based ordering standard and the purchase source-based ordering standard, and an ordering processing part 5 which reflects the ordering result on both parts 2 and 4. In such a constitution, the optimum one of plural purchase sources is selected to a certain purchase request. Thus, it is possible to perform the ordering processing with a single purchase source to a single purchase request and therefore to decrease the number of ordering processing and to decrease the number of ordering jobs. |
