PURPOSE:To prevent the simultaneous conduction of both an NPN transistor TR and an N-channel discharge TR a power output part. CONSTITUTION:A power switch part DS having a switch P-channel TR P2 is provided between the source of a P-channel TR P1 of a CMOS inverter CI and a VDD power supply. Then the inverted voltage V3 of the output voltage VO is applied to the gate of the switch part DS and the voltage VO is changed to an H level. Under such conditions, a discharge N-channel TR N2 is easily turned off. |
