PURPOSE:To uniformalize film thicknesses by flattening the films by using a roller having specific recessed parts. CONSTITUTION:Ink lines 12 of the first color are printed on a glass substrate 4 and thereafter, the roller 13 having the recessed parts equal to the required film thickness only in the positions corresponding to the ink lines 12 is used and is pressurized and rotated by positioning the recessed parts to the ink lines 12 on the glass substrate to flatten the ink lines in a treatment stage for printing red, green and blue inks at prescribed line widths on the glass substrate 4 to a stripe shape, then pressurizing and flattening the printed inks to the required film thickness by using a silicon rubber roller having an ink- phobic property. After the ink lines of the second color are printed on the substrate 4, the positions where the ink lines of the first color and the second color come into contact are flattened by using the roller having the recessed parts. The ink lines of the third colors are then printed on the substrate 4 and thereafter, the positions where the ink lines of the first color, the second color and the third color come into contact are flattened by using the roller having the recessed parts. |
