PURPOSE:To realize a hand-off operation between systems to the mobile body communication system whose specifications are different by including a system operating system of a hand-off destination in a hand-off message and transmitting it to a mobile body telephone terminal. CONSTITUTION:In a process that a mobile body telephone terminal 3 which is positioned in a communication service area 10 of a mobile body telephone exchange 1, and receives a speech service of a TACS Issue-4 system through a speech channel which a radio base station 101 has moves in the direction of a communication service area 20 of a mobile body telephone exchange 2, first of all, it is judged that the mobile body telephone exchange 1 lets the mobile body telephone terminal 3 execute hand-off for a speech channel which a radio base station 201 connected to the mobile body telephone exchange 2 retains. Subsequently, at the time of transmitting a speech channel movement instructing signal, the mobile body telephone exchange 1 transmits the system operating system (TACS Issue-3 system) of the retained mobile body telephone exchange 2 to the radio base station 101 through a signal line 1001 by including it in this signal. |
