CONSTITUTION:A defective part removing lever 12 which abuts against an electronic component element 1 with specified elastic force and remove a defective welding part by the effect of the elastic force is installed at a specified part position of a carriage route where a lead frame 2 to which the electronic component element 1 is welded is carried.
