PURPOSE:To provide a power-supply breaking device wherein a shot-circuit fault is prevented during the assembly operation or the maintenance operation of a power-supply system. CONSTITUTION:Limit switches 14c, 26c, 27c, 31c which have been attached respectively to respective terminal covers 14, 26, 27, 31 are separately turned on and off, interlocked with the attachment and the detachment of individual protective covers. As a result, even when one of the protective covers is not attached, a breaker drive circuit 13 actuates a breaker 12 and cuts off a power- supply line. |
