PURPOSE:To simplify the control by sending out and controlling a simultaneous calling signal to a base station by a call control station. CONSTITUTION:An exchange 11-2 receives a simultaneous calling signal from an exchange 11-1 and performs only relaying to a base station 13-3, and monitors an answering signal from a mobile terminal. In this case, when the strongest radio wave is received in a radio zone area, the mobile terminal sends back the answering signal of the base station 13-3 in this radio zone area to the higher order exchange 11-2. Subsequently, the exchange 11-2 relays the answering signal to the exchange 11-1 being a representative station of the mobile terminal. Next, when the mobile terminal detects that there is an answer from the base station 13-3 being the sub ordinate of the exchange 11-2, the exchange 11-1 executes control of a call state transition and setting of a speech channel while call control information remains held. In this case, in the exchange 11-2, the speech channel is set only, and control concerning to call control is not performed at all. |
