PURPOSE:To obtain clampening waterless photosensitive planographic printing plate with which a clear post-development visible image is obtainable without using a dyeing liquid. CONSTITUTION:This dampening waterless photosensitive planographic printing plate is constituted by successively laminating a primer layer, a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a base plate and contains leuco dyestuff, photoinactivating agent and hydrogen donating agent in the primer layer. In addition, the printing plate contains a radial generating agent in the photosensitive layer.
