PURPOSE:To stably hold the state of an output terminal when the power source of a microcomputer is applied. CONSTITUTION:This microcomputer is provided with an oscillation clock signal 1 generated by first potential GND and second potential 3, and a charge pump part 2 which pushes up or down charge potential advancing the second potential setting the first potential as reference potential by capacitive coupling with the oscillation clock signal 1. Furthermore, it is provided with a buffer control part 6 which generates an output buffer control signal 8 setting charge potential 4 and the first potential as a power source and based on an output signal, a capacitor 5 setting the output buffer control signal 8 on one side and the first potential on the other side, and an output buffer 10 setting the first potential as a source, the output buffer control signal as a gate signal, and a drain as an output terminal. |
