<p>PURPOSE:To realize a coating method of a temperature fuse, etc., with an insulating tape efficiently and automatically without resorting to manual operations. CONSTITUTION:A long insulating tape 21 is fed in the long direction thereof while a temperature fuse 1 is mounted on the adhering surface 21a of the insulating tape 21 in the long direction in almost the central part in the width direction of the surface 21a. Next, the insulating tape 21 is pulled out through a nozzle 4. The nozzle 4 is provided with a taper part 45 wherein the diameter of the initial aperture part 43 is larger than that of the end aperture 44 in the inner diameter thereof diminishing from the former 43 to the latter 44. In such a constitution, the insulating tape 21 can be fed from the initial aperture part 43 side of the nozzle 4 in said shape to be pulled out of the end aperture part 44 side of the nozzle 4 thereby enabling the insulating tape 21 to be folded holding the temperature fuse 1. Resultantly, the temperature fuse 1 coated with the insulating tape 21 can be manufactured.</p> |
