PURPOSE:To facilitate production management in manufacturing a wire harness, enhance production efficiency, and easily cope with production and design changes. CONSTITUTION:In constituting a wire harness of equipment where various circuits can be provided according to combination of selectable electric systems, the wire harness is previously divided into a common circuit 10 independent of the existence of the selectable electric systems and circuits 20, 30, 40, 50 exclusive for the selectable electric systems. On receipt of an order for equipment, the wire harness of equipment to be ordered is classified into that of a common circuit and those of circuits exclusive for the relevant electrical systems. The common circuits and the circuits exclusive for the selectable electrical systems are manufactured after each number thereof is summed up. A desired wire harness is manufactured by combining the common circuit with the circuits exclusive for the relevant electrical systems. |
