Disposal of wet material waste with collector and feeder - has vibrating sorter with screen bottom for swarf bundle separation in front of crusher

The disposal mechanism has a crusher followed by a solid-liq. separator for considerable liq. removal from the waste material. A vibrating sorter with a screen bottom for removing e.g. swarf bundles is fitted in front of the crusher. The screen swarf bundle discharge is supplied to the solid-liq separator via the crusher, while its discharge is small chips, and possibly core parts in directly connectable to the solid-liq. separator. Pref. the vibratory sorter has several, vertically set grate bar screens with mesh reduced from top to bottom. USE/ADVANTAGE - For swarf from machine tools etc., with reliable, faultless waste disposal.
