The hub (2) has an inner profile (4) for placing on a gear's prim. shaft. The hub also has an outer profile (3) engaging with the inner profile (5) of a disc placed on it. A slight, limited relative torsion in the order of 0.5 to 6 degrees, pref. 1 to 2 degrees, and a limited radial displacement in the order of 0.3 to 2.5 millimetres, pref. 0.5 to 1 millimetres, result between the disc and the hub. The disc has radially outer friction linings (8). A spherical, conical or spherical segment shaped part with axial pitch is positioned on the disc or hub, and a counter piece is positioned on the other, disc or hub.
