Crankshaft mfr. with shape restrictions for bearings - involves compressing flat shaft bar region between shaft bearings in second heat
摘要
During the first work steps, the bar (1) is provided with restrictions (3) for the shaft bearings sequentially, tapering towards the axis. In a second work step, the bar region between the bearings is pressed flat in an angular position. The next step provides the pressing of the crank web from the flat pressed region. A group of work steps is carried out in a first heat independently of the number of webs. In the second heat takes place the flat pressing and the web pressing of the respective bar region. This process is repeated in the second heat for the next web pressing until all the webs have been formed. USE/ADVANTAGE - For forging heavy crankshafts up to 400 mm in dia., with continuous process and high quality.
