<p>The spool type change-over valve device has a spool fitted into a sleeve movably in an axial direction and a detent mechanism disposed at the end of this spool, to prevent stopping of the spool at a neutral position. A spool operation member is fitted to a shaft portion disposed integrally with the end portion of the spool. A spring receiving member is disposed integrally with the end portion of a sleeve. A wiring spring is formed in a C-shape, having a round sectional area and fitted between the spool operation member and the spring receiving member.</p>
