The circuit has an operational amplifier (6..14) controlling 2 current sources (16..19). Its inverting input is supplied by one of the current sources and coupled to a reference potential (1) via a resistor (15). The non-inverting input of the operational amplifier is coupled to an input reference potential (4) and to the second current source via a further resistor (22). The output reference potential (3) obtained from the junction between the latter. Pref. a voltage divider (20, 21) is connected between the input reference potential and the reference potential, with a tap-off providing a further output reference potential (5).
