The device consists of a small turbine blade, which is located inside a small electricity generator. Water is collected from the roof of a building, and held in a tank, before it is released. The water drips from a peg at the top of a pipe, and falls approx. 5 to 30 mm onto the turbine blade. Special gutters are installed on the roof, to conduct the water to a single downpipe and turbine blade. USE/ADVANTAGE - Converts rainwater to generate electricity.
