The machine consists of a basic frame retaining the window etc. elements, and a support unit arbitrarily positioned in a flame parallel to the frame. A rod-shaped protrusion (4) is fitted on the press tool part facing the seal retaining groove of the element. The protrusion front edge is shaped from the pivot point of the tool less than the spacing from the centre of the seal (2) retaining groove (3) to the nearest edge of the treated element. The protrusion carried at least a part of a belt drive of rollers and a profiled belt (1). There is also a grooved profile (6), whose one boundary is at a constant spacing from the belt.
