PURPOSE:To surely perform positioning, by fitting a shaft-shaped member, which protrudes from both sides of a rotary shaft, to a groove, formed in the end surface of a rotary unit, while forming said groove setting its width dimension so as to float the shaft-shaped member from the bottom of the groove in the end part separating from an insertion hole. CONSTITUTION:A device forms a threaded hole 3 in the point end of a rotary shaft 1, and its base part forces a spring pin 4, being a shaft-shaped member, to be fitted. A pulley 5, serving as a rotary unit, forms an insertion hole 6, inserting the rotary shaft 1, and a groove 7 opened to the end surface. Said groove 7 forms its section into a trapezoidal shape so that a width gradually narrows as a part of the groove is positioned toward its interior. And the groove 7, setting its width dimension of the bottom part equal to the dimension or more of the spring pin 4 in the vicinity of an edge of the insertion hole 6 while forming a protrusive part 8 in an internal side surface of the groove 7 in its point end part, is set to a narrow width dimension so that the spring pin 4 is slightly floated from the bottom part of the groove 7. |
