<p>PURPOSE:To broaden rotational angle by a method wherein the total rotational angle of a cable drag chain device is set as the sum of the rotational angle of an outer chain and that of an inner chain. CONSTITUTION:A moving end metal 2, outside peripheral guide wall 9, and floor surface 13 are fed with power from a rotation prime mover, and rotate clockwise from a position a. In this case, guide rollers 4 on the inside of the bent portion of a chain 1 act to push a guide frame 5 at a half speed of the chain speed, and the moving end of the chain 1 makes one turn along the outside periphery of the frame 5. Then, the chain 1 on the side of the inside periphery of the frame 5 is drawn out, rotated through a desired rotational angle (600 deg.), and stopped at a position b. Then, the chain 1 is rotated counterclockwise from the position b back to the original position a; in this case, chain guide rollers on the outside of the bent portion of the chain 1 pushes the pilot guide frame member 14 of the frame 5, to smooth the reverse rotation.</p> |
