The method and circuit for linearizing nonlinear analog into digital includes a linear analog-digital converter for digitally converting an analog signal into a value corresponding to an amplitude for serial intervals and outputting the digitally converted value as first digital data so that the value of the whole range of the first digital data contains nonlinearity with respect to the whole range of the amplitude of the analog signal, and an analog-digital linearizing memory for previously storing second digital data corresponding to the amplitude of the serial intervals of the analog signal and also having a value of linearity with respect to the whole range of the amplitude of the analog signal in a storage area of an address corresponding to a specific value of the first digital data, and outputting the second digital data stored in a storage area of an address corresponding to the first digital data input from the analog-digital converter, thereby reducing or removing the nonlinearity of input.
