PURPOSE:To obtain a new monoclonal antibody useful for immunological measurement of PPI. CONSTITUTION:A monoclonal antibody being specifically reacted with human plasmin-alpha2-plasmin inhibitor conjugate but not with plasmin and human-alpha2- plasmin inhibitor such as anti-PPI specific PPI No.50 (IgG1). The monoclonal antibody of the example is obtained by culturing hybridoma PPI No.50-1-1-1 (FERM P-13,001) in vitro.
