<p>PURPOSE:To improve operation in the packing of Japanese apricots, etc., by a method wherein agricultural products are fed into a pack on a stopped lower conveyor from an upper conveyor, the speed of the upper conveyor is decreased when the number of fed products becomes close to a specified number, the upper conveyor is stopped, when the number reaches the specified number, and the lower conveyor is driven. CONSTITUTION:A pack 4 is loaded on a lower conveyor 3 and stopped in the position where agricultural products P are fed therein, and the agricultural products P are successively fed into the pack 4 by running an upper conveyor 2 at a high speed. The number of the agricultural products P fed in the pack 4 is monitored by a counting means 25, and the speed of the upper conveyer 3 is decreased slightly before the number reaches the specified number. The speed at which the agricultural products P are fed into the pack is also decreased and the specified number can therefore be detected accurately by the counting means 25. When the number reaches the specified one, the upper conveyor 2 is stopped, the lower conveyor 3 is moved for one pack 4, and an empty pack 4 is set in the feed position.</p> |
