PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by enabling decoration of a pattern even to a tilted part of a grille out of the front side face of a molded product. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet 2 provided with a peeling layer comprised of acrylic resin, a patterned layer containing a pigment into the acrylic resin and an adhesive layer comprised of the acrylic resin is arranged between a pair of molds 1 constituting a cavity in a form of a molded product having a grille. Then a substrate sheet side of the transfer sheet 2 is made to run along an inner wall surface of the mold 1 molding a tilted part of the grille 6 out of the front side face of the molded product, after mold clamping, molten resin 5 comprised of acrylonitrile-butadiene styrene is injected into the cavity 3 through a gate 4 and molding co-decoration is performed. After cooling solidification, the molded product is taken out and a substrate sheet is peeled off. |
