PURPOSE:To enlarge the amt. of displacement and driving power of the end face of an oscillator by feeding electric sources wherein the phases are shifted each other by 90 deg. by two driving circuits to one divided face and another divided face of piezoelectric elements which are faced each other and dividedly energized and extending one divided face when the other divided face is contracted. CONSTITUTION:A stator 11 is formed by providing metal blocks 2 and 3 each with a different wt. on both ends of a screw bar 1 and laminating piezoelectric elements 4 and 5, divided electrodes 6, 7, 8 and 9 and a plane electrode 10 on each divided face of each piezoelectric element 4 and 5 so as to be electrically energized and by fitting the screw bar 1 and the metal blocks 2 and 3 by screw fitting to make a contact bonding condition. Then, electric sources each with a 90 deg.-shifted phase to each other are fed to one divided face of the piezoelectric elements being brought into contact with the divided electrodes 6 and 7 and to the other divided face being brought into contact with the divided electrodes 8 and 9. Low vibration of the stator 11 is enlarged and an elliptic locus of the vibration face is lengthened thereby and the driving force of an ultrasonic driving apparatus can be reinforced. |
