PURPOSE: To provide a stent with a number of different forms and suitable for attaching into a duct in a body and the mounting method thereof. CONSTITUTION: Thus intraductal stent is to provide a balloon catheter suitable for treatment of a cardiac blood vessel, which has the outer surface equipped with a number of protruding parts 15 and is connected to an artery wall on which the said stent is placed. The protruding parts 15 are singularly and integrally formed of a stent main body 10, and hole parts 29 are formed of spaces in the main body by a material to form the protruding parts 15. When the stent is expanded by the balloon catheter, the protruding parts 15 are engaged with the hole part 20 and the artery wall to lock the stent to the expanded diameter. Thus, dislocation in the axial direction and collapse in the radial direction are prevented. The protruding parts are arranged in various forms, sizes, and patterns, on of the foot to control the pump device 22 based on the result. |
