<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and inexpensively produce an embossing sheet for transfer by coating a film or piper with an electron beam curable resin and bringing the coated film or paper into contact with a metal roll having emboosed patterns formed to the surface thereof under pressure and irradiating the embossed film or paper with electron beam to cure the same. CONSTITUTION:After a film or paper 1 is coated with an electron beam curable resin 2, the coated film or paper is brought into contact with a metal roll 3 having embossed patterns formed to the surface thereof under pressure and irradiated with electron beam by an electron beam irradiation device 4 to be cured and the cured film or paper is separated from the metal roll. Further, the film or paper 1 may be brought into contact with the metal roll 3 having embossed patterns formed thereto and directly coated with the electron beam curable resin 2. A release varnish layer, an ink layer and adhesive varnish layer are formed on the obtained embossing sheet for transfer and the coated embossing sheet is superposed on a receiving base material to be heated and pressed to transfer the embossed release varnish layer, ink layer and adhesive varnish layer to the receiving base material.</p> |
