PURPOSE:To enable to collect a lumplike material easily and reliably and to obtain small lumplike material irrespective of the kind of impalpable powder, by a method wherein the impalpable powder is made to weld to a high-temperature substance, the deposited material is cooled and solidified by making the same adhere to a low-temperature substance and the cooled and the solidified substance is peeled off and recovered. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature roll 1 and low-temperature roll 2 are juxtaposed rotatably round sideways shaft centers, a feeder 3 feeding thermoplastic impalpable powder P to a circumferential part of the high-temperature roll 1 is provided, the circumferential part of the high-temperature roll 1 is provided with a device 4 heating the thermoplastic impalpable powder P up to a weldable high temperature through contact heating, a small gap is formed between both the rolls to that a circumferential part of the foregoing low-temperature roll 2 is come into contact with a deposited material M of the high-temperature roll 1 and a devices 7, 10 peeling and recovering a coold and solidified material S stuck to the circumferential part of the low-temperature roll 2 and a device peeling and recovering only a surface layer part out of the deposited material M of the high-temperature roll 1 are provided. The thermoplastic impalpable powder P is made to weld through heating based on contact with the high-temperature substance 1, the low-temperature substance 2 is brought into contact with the deposited material M of the high-temperature substance 1, the cooled and solidified material S is made to adhere to the low-temperature substance 2 and the cooled and solidified material S is recovered by peeling the same off from the low-temperature substance 2. |
