PURPOSE:To provide a packaged food which has an appearance being similar to a wrapped package, is hardly by oxidized by air and has a high preservation property even to microbe, and packaging thereof. CONSTITUTION:Two to twenty small holes 7 are opened at a planned location after packaging, which is the center of the front surface, of a film with heat- sealability, heat-shrinkability and oxygen impermeability. A food mount on a tray 2 is packaged with the film by a normal lateral pillow type packaging machine, and back lining 4 and top sealing 5 are done by normal methods. Then the film is heat-shrunk, and excessive gas is released from the small holes 7, and the small holes 7 are covered by an adhesive film 6, for the title packaged food and its packaging method. |
