PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality laminated film by a method wherein a polyester obtained by serially carrying out an esterification reaction and a polymerization reaction is not processed to chips but directly fed to at least one film production process to be coextruded as a laminate. CONSTITUTION:An esterification reactor 1 consists of three tanks serially arranged. In the first tank, reaction liquid of a polymerization degree of 2-3 is stagnated. A slurry of a mixture of terephtalic acid with ethylene glycol is continuously supplied to the first tank to initiate the esterification. This is fed into the second and third tanks to acceleratedly react to a preploymer. The polycondensation reaction of this prepolymer is carried out in a vacuum of high degree in a horizontal polymerization tank 2, whereby a polyethylene terephthalate is produced. The polymer thus obtained is fed into kneading extruders 4, 5 through a distributor 8 to be added with synthetic calcium carbonate particle, whereby a particle-containing polymer is obtained. This is filtered to obtain coating materials A, B, which are oriented into a high-quality film by a film production device 7. |
