PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity and resolution in a spectroscopic analysis device for analyzing a sample by utilizing Raman scattering. CONSTITUTION:A spectroscopic analysis device is formed of a laser generating device 1 for emitting a light to a sample 12; a converging optical system 13 for converging the scattered light scattered by the sample 12; a polychromator 14 for receiving the scattered light converted by the converging optical system 13 and spectrally diffracting the scattered light; and an one-dimensional line type CCD 15 for detecting the spectrum pattern emitted from the polychromator 14 and imaged. Further, scanning devices 25, 27, 18 for scanning the CCD 15 along the spectrum pattern are provided.
