COLD ROLLING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To carry out temper rolling at a high draft without causing any problem on rust proofing property by using an emulsion temper rolling liquid. CONSTITUTION:An annealed cold rolled steel plate is further rolled to 3-10% draft using an emulsion containing 0.5-2.0vol.% rolling oil and 0.05-0.5vol.% alkanolamine salt of 8-16C dibasic acid. An annealed rolled by steel is rolled to 10-50% draft using a emulsion containing 0-0.5vol.% alkanolamine salt of a dibasic acid.
