PURPOSE: To provide a closure body for a container having buttons, which indicate a sealing state of the container. CONSTITUTION: A button 34 is disposed at the center of a closure body 10, and is surrounded by a plurality of dish shaped portions 40. When the closure body 10 engages with an end-sealing surface of the container, the dish shaped portions 40 deform. Therefore, an annular portion 38 surrounding the button 34 inverts upward and the button 34 moves axially upward from the initial recessed position to a projecting position. A tamper indicating means includes a translucent panel 54 stuck on the periphery of the closure body 10 to cover the closure body 10. The panel is provided with a layer of material at the position corresponding to the button 34. The button 34 is provided with a layer of adhesive, preferably contact adhesive. The layer of the panel is made of frangible material or material removal from the translucent panel to remove a message or to make a message visible. |
