PURPOSE:To improve durability of a diaphragm by deforming the diaphragm regularly. CONSTITUTION:A disk shape diaphragm 23 composed of a flexible material is sandwiched between an upper housing 12 and a lower housing 22. Though the diaphragm 23 has a flat shape before it is inlet, since it is inlet flexibly along a diaphragm stopper 24, energizing force is always applied to the diaphragm 23 in the direction for being press-fitted to the diaphragm stopper 24. The diaphragm 23 is deformed by reciprocating motion of a plunger 30, and when the plunger 30 reaches the bottom dead center and a cylinder chamber 31 is put under low pressure, it is press-fitted to the diaphragm stopper 24 due to diaphragm stopper 24 directional energizing force and feed pressure of a feed pump 3. |
