PURPOSE:To make partition panels thin and light, facilitate maintenance, and reduce the costs by installing a motor in a runner for running of the panels, and omitting use of any turntable. CONSTITUTION:Partition panels 10, 10' are hung at a hanging rail 5 secured to the ceiling, and a motor 12 to drive each wheel for running is installed in a self-mobile runner (A, B, C). A curving part 5d is provided in an appropriate place on the rail 5, and runner guide devices 5b are furnished between the curving part branch and the straight portion of the runner (A, B, C) and rail 5. A driving wheel is installed on one side of the runners (A, R, A, B) while a pair of follower wheels are installed on the other side fore and aft thereof. The panels 10, 10 are constructed thin and light, and an accommodation chamber 4 is made smaller than conventional to enable effective utilization of inside the room 2. This permits partitioning inside of the room 2 with the panels 10, 10', accommodating them in the accommodation chambe 4, and reducing the costs for fabrication. |
