发明名称 LASER BEAM MACHINING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To execute efficient and stable cutting of non-ferrous metals including thick metal plates. CONSTITUTION:Boring is executed under the machining condition A at the point A, and a circular part 31 is formed. Then, the boring operation is switched to the machining condition B where enlarging treatment is executed and an enlarged cut groove 32 is formed in such a manner as the circular part 31 is extended as it is. At the point B, when the enlarging treatment is completed, the stand-off (the distance between the tip of the machining nozzle and the work surface) is set as small as possible, the machining condition is switched to the machining condition C, and the cutting is started under the machining condition C. Thus, cutting is executed in the substantially same condition where the direct cutting is started from the outside of the work end part. During the cutting operation, the pressure of the assist gas is set high, and the stand-off is set small, resulting in more remarkable dross scattering effect. Thus, cutting can be executed in an efficient and stable manner.
