PURPOSE:To provide precision controllability for the quantity of water supplied to a sterilizing vessel using a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:With a three-way valve 6, a vacuum pump 3 is operated in the condition that a sterilizing vessel 1 is in communication with a quantification tank 13, and the vessel 1 and tank 13 are evacuated. The tank 13 is put in communication with a water supply tank 10 by changing over the three-way valve 6, and water is sucked into the quantification tank 13. Again the communication between the vessel 1 and quantification tank 13 is generated by turning the valve 6, and the water in the tank 13 is sucked into the vessel 1. |
