摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To obtain flow information proportional to average flow speed in a measuring sub-passage by taking in a plurality of even flow (dynamic pressure and static pressure) and having full confluence thereof in a various-flow speed distribution. CONSTITUTION:A measuring sub-passage 7 is eccentrically provided with respect to the axial center of a main passage 3 to the side of a circuit unit 2 and provided inside a stay 10 penetrating the main passage 3. A groove formed in a stay upstream end 10a is partially covered with a plate-like member 11 and four sub-passage inlets 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d are formed near the axial center of the main passage 3. An radial intensive passage 6 combining four flows is provided on the upstream side of the axial measuring sub-passage 7. An angular flow guide 31 is provided in an inlet part of the intensive passage 6 and a cut groove 32 is made at the outside corner part of a connection part with the measuring sub-passage 7.</p> |
