<p>PURPOSE:To reduce load of an operator and to improve the working factor by searching a suitable bypass course and automatically executing the bypass operation without interrupting the control, at the time of abnormality in an auxiliary raw material charging system. CONSTITUTION:To equipment in each bunker system, i.e., a feeder FB, and a gate GB and to equipment in purge mechanism PB and hopper systems, i.e., a feeder FH, gate GH and the purge mechanisms PH1, PH2 in the auxiliary raw material charging systems 3A-3D having plural bunkers Bi filling the auxiliary raw material and weighing hoppers Hj charging the auxiliary raw material discharged from the bunkers, operating condition sensors SPB, SGB, SPB and SFH, SGH, SPH1, SPH2 for detecting each operating condition are arranged. The charging abnormality is detected from the preset charging pattern of the auxiliary raw material and the detected value of the operating condition sensors and the description of the auxiliary raw material developing the charging abnormality is specified, and a substituted description to the specified description is searched, and the auxiliary raw material charging control is continued by this substituted description.</p> |
